Football program

Once a week training session

Target group ; young players 6 to 12 yrs,

Reserve the field through the permit .

Provide water to participants, initially , a size four ball for training.

Session will go for about 45 mins to an hour , with water and bathrooms breaks ,, as needed.

Juggling will be the cornerstone, the focus is to build a touch for the ball , build confidence with the ball, create a zone of comfort with the ball, understanding the distance of the ball and the opporent , placement of the ball under pressure, control of the ball from the air, running with the ball, dribbling moves, control from different areas of the body, Stretching muscles, key areas will be the focus

Fee for the training session, 7 to 10US per session.
